- Catch the 1 for 16 minutes ( 12 stops)
- Get off on Ferry St at Niagara St
- Walk 9 minutes ( 0.4 miles) until you get to Newark Riverfront Park Boat dock
Arts High School
- Walk 4 minutes (0.2 miles) to Springfield Ave at MLK Jr Blvd Catch the 25
- Get of on Eastbound Market St. Under Bridge
- Walk 13 minutes ( 0.7 miles ) Dock will be on the left
Bard High School Early College
- Walk 1 minute (289 feet) south on Bergen St. toward 16th Ave.
- Turn right onto 16th Ave and catch the 1
- Get off at Ferry St. at Niagara St. and walk east toward Sommet St. and turn left onto Sommet
- When you turn onto Sommet St. walk 9 minutes (0.4 miles) until you reach Riverfront park
- Upon entering Riverfront park head toward the waterfront and turn left and walk a few hundred feet and the dock will be on the left
George Washington Carver School
- Walk to Maple Ave and Lyons Ave stop.
- Board the 99 towards Clifton Ave Newark Lt.
- Exit bus at Irvine Turner Blvd and Court St.
- Walk to Springfield Ave and Irvine Turner stop.
- Board the 1 toward Euclid Ave via Chapel St Exit Bus at Ferry St and Christie St.
- Make a Left and walk 5 minutes in that direction and your destination will be in front of you.
Science Park High School
- Catch the 21 towards Newark Penn Station on the corner of Norfolk St and W Market Street.
- Get off at the last stop.
- Start walking straight on Market Street.
- Once you reach the TD Bank, cross the street to Raymond Blvd..
- Continue to walk half a mile on Raymond Blvd and your destination will be on your left.
Central High School
- Walk to Market St at Broad St catch the 25
- Get off Eastbound Market St. Under Bridge
- Walk 13 minutes (0.7 miles) Dock on the left
Harriet Tubman School
- Walk north 1 min (331 feet) toward 16th Ave at S 10 St. and catch the 1
- Get off at Ferry St. at Niagara St. and walk east toward Sommet St. and turn left onto Sommet
- When you turn onto Sommet St. walk 9 minutes (0.4 miles) until you reach Riverfront park
- Upon entering Riverfront park head toward the waterfront and turn left and walk a few hundred feet and the dock will be on the left
Newark Vocational High School
- Upon leaving the school parking lot turn right and walk 4 minutes ( 0.2 miles ) toward 15th Ave at Bedford St. and catch the 1
- Get off at Ferry St. at Niagara St. and walk east toward Sommet St. and turn left onto Sommet
- When you turn onto Sommet St. walk 9 minutes (0.4 miles) until you reach Riverfront park
- Upon entering Riverfront park head toward the waterfront and turn left and walk a few hundred feet and the dock will be on the left
Camden Street School
- Walk to 15th Ave at Littleton Ave and walk down the street for 3 blocks ( 4 minutes)
- Take the 1 at the bus stop on 15th Ave and Morris
- The 1 takes you to Ferry St at Niagara St (about a 24 minute ride)
- From there walk to Somme St, keep on walking on that street until you reach Raymond Blvd (~ 9 minute walk)
- Cross the street to entrance of the riverfront, then turn left and you should see the dock on the right
Cleveland Elementary School
- Walk 3 minutes to Springfield Ave at Bergen St
- Catch the 25 for 13 minutes ( 11 stops)
- Get off on eastbound Market St. under bridge
- Walk 13 minutes ( 0.7) dock on left
Quitman Street School
- Board the 5 on West Kinney St at Quitman St.
- Get off at Newark Penn Station.
- Start walking straight on Market Street.
- Once you reach the TD Bank, cross the street to Raymond Blvd..
- Continue to walk half a mile on Raymond Blvd and your destination will be on your left.
South 17th Street School
- Walk to 16th Ave, turn right, walk to the bus stop
- Take the 1 to Ferry St at Niagara St (about a 24 minute ride)
- From there walk to Somme St, keep on walking on that street until you reach Raymond Blvd(9 minute walk)
- Cross the street to entrance of the riverfront, then turn left and you should see the dock on the right
Sussex Avenue School
- Walk to 1st street, turn left, walk to orange street, turn right
- Take the light rail to Newark Penn Station
- Now walk on market street, pass under the bridge and you should see the dock (walking for about 16 minutes)
